Another pair of eyes, at the point where the decision is hard and the drawings are not final.

A consultation is a discrete engagement, not a retainer and not a trailing obligation. Two sessions of 45 minutes each, with a round of work in between, ending in something you can hand to your architect or contractor: drawings, or another tangible output agreed at the start.

It is the only part of Build Informed where we meet you in person, on a call. Everything else in your library is yours to work through on your own schedule.

How it runs
1 You write in. Tell us where you are in the build and what decision is in front of you. The more detail, the less of session 1 is spent catching up.
2 Session 1, 45 minutes. We work through the problem together and agree what the deliverable will be.
3 We go away and do the work. Drawings, or whatever was agreed.
4 Session 2, 45 minutes. We walk you through the output and you leave with it.
